Medical Malpractice
“Medical Malpractice” is the phrase commonly used to describe civil claims against the medical profession. Spina bifida is a birth defect where nerves of the spinal cord protrude from the back. It can cause permanent loss of bladder or bowel control, paralysis, cognitive and attention difficulties, and pain.
