Arthur Zask
Lawyer
Arthur Zask fights tirelessly to ensure that those who have been injured through medical neglect receive the justice they deserve.
Before commencing law school, Arthur received his B.A. from York University and worked at a personal injury firm where he was exposed to personal injury litigation, including accident benefits, motor vehicle tort claims, occupiers’ liability, product liability, and disability claims. Arthur obtained his J.D. from Bond University, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with an Administrative Law concentration from Osgoode Hall Law School. After law school, Arthur completed his articles with a generalist law firm where he worked on a broad spectrum of litigation matters.
Upon his call to the Bar in 2020, Arthur continued his legal practice by working as an in-house lawyer at a major insurance company. He then joined a prominent insurance defence boutique, where he gained valuable civil litigation experience and regularly appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court of Appeal.
Arthur is fluent in Russian and in his spare time enjoys playing basketball, cooking, reading, and chess.
