Robert Roth graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1972, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1974. He had a specialized practice in civil litigation with an emphasis, since 1978, in medical malpractice.

Mr. Roth has been certified as a Specialist in Civil Litigation since 1990 by the Law Society of Ontario. He has been a lecturer and participant in numerous seminars on behalf of the Canadian Bar Association, the LSUC (including the Bar Admission Course’s trial advocacy programme), The Canadian Institute, and a contributor to various legal periodicals.

Numerous decisions involving medical malpractice and general civil litigation issues in which Mr. Roth was counsel have been reported in various case law publications.
