Robert Roth graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1972, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1974. He had a specialized practice in civil litigation with an emphasis, since 1978, in medical malpractice.
Mr. Roth has been certified as a Specialist in Civil Litigation since 1990 by the Law Society of Upper Canada. He has been a lecturer and participant in numerous seminars on behalf of the Canadian Bar Association, the LSUC (including the Bar Admission Course’s trial advocacy programme), The Canadian Institute, and a contributor to various legal periodicals.
Numerous decisions involving medical malpractice and general civil litigation issues in which Mr. Roth was counsel have been reported in various case law publications.
Mr. Roth is currently retired.
